ABSTRACT
The analysis of the problems man-women is regarded as an
essential tool of the development.
The commune of Allada (as well as the district of Agbanou)
remains in the middle of the concerns and the programs on «Gender
Approach» or the «Women' S Empowerment». Moreover, the agents of
development generally regard the Al women as a homogeneous group without taking
account of their diversity. Within this framework the following questions
interests our work:
- How the local communities can identify them the
interventions to guarantee equitable results between the man and the woman?
- Who are the recipients who can support a local development
founded on equity between the women and the men?
- Which is the role of the communication in the taking into
account of equity in the actions carried out for the development?
It is necessary to contribute to the reflexion of integration
of dimension kind and equity in the policies, strategies, programs and
structures of the Agencies of Social Development and with the efforts which
undertake various actors for the socio-economic development and the durable
development of the district of Agbanou.
This study falls under the dynamism to render comprehensible
that it is useful to base all the actions of development on the kind and equity
in the kind.
