Après ces opérations de vote, il y a le dépouillement. Il s'agit du comptage des voix pour chaque candidat ou chaque parti politique.

Les résultats centralisés et une compilation des votes posent vérifier les procès-verbaux remplis après le recensement, en vue de l'annonce office de la proclamation des résultats.
