ABSTRACT
From the 10th august to the 10th September 2016, we
have done an internship at the office of mayor of Melong. During that period,
we have make research all over offices to have the perfect idea of the
organization, its functioning and to identify a plan that can be developed
concerning tourism.
At the beginning, we had an idea of plan that had been confirm
towards methods of research as documents analysis, interview, and observation
apply at the Melong council, at the Mungo divisional delegation of tourism and
leisure, and at the Nkongsamba II council.
Besides the fact that we have develop competences and
abilities benefits for our training, it appears from our research that the
Melong council don't have an association in charge of the development of
tourism at the local level. Consequence, 33.33 % of lodgings establishment have
tourism chapter among their services. And yet the locality benefit from a
strategic position according to the fact that it make the link to three regions
known as Littoral, West, South-west, and it is the centre of gravity to about
fifty places of interest for tourists. Including difficulties to receive and
inform the public locally, absence of tourist map, hard to get to tourist
spots, amateurism of guide, touristic enterprises lack of visibility, we
explain the low development of touristic activities in Melong. From what we
said before, we propose as solution the setting up of a tourist board.
The setting up of that administrative structure is in
appropriateness with the policy of decentralization of force in Cameroon. We
need more than one year of works to achieve the process of setting up, for an
estimated budget of 38 071 971 FCFA.
In concrete terms, without consider a prospective subsidy,
incoming at the first year are estimated at 14 176 320 FCFA
and outgoings at 13 474 778 FCFA, given an operating
profit of 701 542 FCFA relevant to 1.84 % of the budget.
According to that, the tourist board of Melong will command financial autonomy
in the long term.
Enfin, notre gratitude est entière à l'endroit
de toutes les personnes qui, de près ou de loin, ont de quelque
manière que ce soit, participé à la réalisation de
ce travail.

de Melong. Il a mis à notre disposition toutes les facilités pour
que nous en sortions grandit et satisfait.
Nous savons être un espoir pour Monsieur NKENNE Jean
Marie, ainsi que pour tous les autres enseignants qui, deux semestres durant
n'ont pas ménagé d'efforts pour faire de nous des produits bien
formés répondant aux besoins du Cameroun. Nous vous en remercions
tout en sollicitant humblement que la même attention soit accordée
aux promotions à venir.
Que l'ensemble du personnel de la Mairie de Melong, de la
Délégation départementale du tourisme et des loisirs du
Moungo, et de la mairie de Nkongsamba II, dont nous ne saurons estimer
l'apport, permette que nous lui témoignions notre profonde
reconnaissance. Ils se sont prêtés à nos
préoccupations et ont chaleureusement apporté des réponses
au-delà de nos attentes.

Jacqueline, parents bien aimés. Ils ont toujours approuvé et
encouragé nos choix académiques non sans nous rappeler que seule
l'école pourra nous ouvrir toutes les portes.
Notre entière reconnaissance à l'endroit de nos
frères cadets EWOULI ELAH Hypolite, NGUESSE ELAH Maxime, NDONGUE ELAH
Quentin ; et de notre enfant à charge, EBONG ELAH Duchelle Sariette. Ils
en ont fait pour nous plus que nous le méritons, pour nous permettre de
suivre cette formation jusqu'au bout, sans toutefois en prendre acte.
Nous ne saurons oublier nos camarades de promotion avec qui
nous avons eu des rapports très enrichissants et francs.
