11-LES ORGANES DE GESTION

> Le Conseil d'Administration de l'AMSM chargé de la définition de la politique générale de l'Hôpital, de l'examen des comptes de l'Hôpital, et du vote du budget.

> Un commissaire au compte (CANAL AUDIT) examine les Etats financiers du Centre à la fin de chaque exercice.

> Un comité de Direction CODIR, organe consultatif sur les décisions importantes telles que l'élaboration du budget, l'exécution des activités quotidiennes.

> Une direction qui gère au quotidien l'Hôpital
