CONCLUSION
Cette étude visait à améliorer la gestion
de stock et l'approvisionnement de l'Hôpital Principal de Dakar (HPD). Le
dispositif actuel de gestion de stock et d'approvisionnement de cet
hôpital connaît une certaine lenteur suite à la non
informatisation des stocks et la non automatisation de la gestion de stock et
d'approvisionnement. Les procédures sont presque manuelles.
L'informatisation des stocks, l'automatisation de la gestion
des stocks et
d'approvisionnement, peut procurer un gain important dans la
gestion du
temps pour avoir toute information dont on a besoin en temps
réel et ainsifacilter la gestion.
