RESUME
Le présent travail a été intitulé
Etude d'évaluation de consommation des Rats en ville de Butembo, il
s'est axé sur la consommation de quatre espèces de Rats notamment
Dasymys incomptus, Sp., Lemniscomys striatus, et Otomys
tropicalis. La récolte de nos données a été
effective pendant les mois de Mars en Août 2010 dans la ville de
Butembo.
Pour atteindre nos objectifs assignés à ce
travail, nous avons utilisé la méthode de du questionnaire
d'enquête pour les consommateurs et les vendeurs, aussi nous avons fait
une descente sur le terrain pour la récolte de certains spécimens
qui nous ont permis de faire l'identification de notre matériel
biologique. La méthode de traitement des données a
été de calculer la constance dont f= .100.
Ainsi, nous avons constaté que l'espèce Dasymys
incomptus a été plus vendue en ville de Butembo avec 78.2%,
suivi de l'espèce Otomys tropicalis avec
10.7%, les autres espèces ont été
représentées avec 2.77%, pour Lemniscomys
striatus et 8.33% pour Sp.
De la préférence alimentaire, nous avons
trouvé que 49.6%, de nos enquêtés n'ont pas eu de choix
pour ce qui est de la préférence alimentaire de la viande du Rat,
néanmoins 36%, ont déclaré avoir
préféré Otomys tropicalis suite à sa
taille plus grande que ces autres espèces, et 14.4 ont affirmé
avoir préféré Dasymys striatus
pour des raisons du goût.
SUMMARY
The present work has been titled Survey of assessment of
consumption of the Rats in city of Butembo; it centered himself/itself on the
consumption of four species of Rats notably Dasymys incomptus, Sp.,
Lemniscomys striatus, and Otomys tropicalis. The harvest of
our data was efficient during the months of March in August 2010 in the city of
Butembo.
To reach our objectives assigned to this work, we used the method
of the investigation questionnaire for the consumers and the sellers, also we
made a coming down on the land for the harvest of some specimens that permitted
us to make the identification of our biologic material. The method of treatment
of the data was to calculate the constancy of which f = .100.
Thus, we noted that the species Dasymys incomptus has
been sold more in city of Butembo with 78.2%, followed of the species
Otomys tropicalis with 10.7%, the other species have been represented
with 2.77%, for Lemniscomys striatus and 8.33% for Sp.
Of the food preference, we found that 49.6%, of our investigated
didn't have a choice for what is the food preference of the meat of the Rat,
nevertheless 36%, declared to have preferred Otomys
tropicalis following his/her/its bigger size than these other species,
and 14.4 affirmed to have preferred Dasymys striatus for reasons of
the taste.
