II.2. 8 Test des anthocyanines

L'extrait/fraction (0,1 g) a été ajouté à 5 ml d'une solution d'acide sulfurique 1%. L'apparition d'une coloration orange a montré la présence des anthocyanines.

II.2.9 Test des coumarines

Cent milligrammes d'extrait/ fraction ont été dissouts dans 3 ml de méthanol contenu dans un tube à essais, puis le tube a été recouvert d'un morceau de papier imbibé d'une solution de soude 10%. L'absence de la fluorescence jaune-vert à l'UV (254 nm) a révélé l'absence des coumarines.
