CONCLUSION

Nous avons étudié les améliorations apportées par la technologie HSDPA sur le lien descendant du réseau UMTS. Ces améliorations sont possibles grâce aux différentes techniques d'AMC, de HARQ et canal partage et des algorithmes d'ordonnancement rapide. Ainsi le HSDPA offre beaucoup d'avantages par rapport à l'UMTS tels que l'utilisation d'une bande passante importante combinée avec un délai court de la transmission des données et l'augmentation de la capacité de transmission sans avoir besoin de fréquences supplémentaires.

L`effet du protocole TCP sur les applications est plus fort que sur la capacité du système HSDPA due a l`utilisation des canaux partages haut débit . Ainsi rend faible l`impact du protocole TCP sur les performances et capacité du système HSDPA
