ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
The need to increase the efficiency of public services through
e-governance by the virtual extension of administrative services in areas where
the administration is not physically present, is a problem that attempts to
resolve, the Cameroonian government recently. This was done by setting up a
public key infrastructure.
Our work forms part of the establishment of a public key
infrastructure at ITS (Information - Technology - Security) to implement
electronic signature of documents.
In the following, we propose a certification policy that
determines the security level of our certificates and will also indicate us the
conditions for issuing such certificates administratively and technically.
