1 RESUME
Nous voici au terme de ce modeste travail qui est
intitulé : : « Avant-projet de construction d'un
supermarché à trois niveaux (R+2), sur l'avenue
Malengela, du quartier Tshuapa, commune Kabondo à Kisangani ».
Ce bâtiment comporte un réez de chaussée
et deux étages, signalons aussi comme les études statiques et
organique ont été faite pour certains éléments
structuraux. Ceci nous a permis à subdiviser notre travail a quatre
chapitres hormis l'introduction et la conclusion : Le chapitre
premier est basé sur l'environnement du projet, chapitre deux a
été consacré sur l'étude technique, chapitre trois
sur la technologie de mise en oeuvre et en fin le chapitre quatre parle sur
évaluation du projet.
Nous ne prétendons pas avoir réalisé un
travail parfait, mais il pourra apporter un de plus dans la vie scientifique
ainsi que dans la bibliothèque !
Nul n'ignore que Kisangani est la troisième ville de
la république démocratique du Congo, aussi Kisangani est une
ville commerciale dont beaucoup d'habitant viennent se procurer des
marchandises régulièrement.C'est pourquoi il y a
nécessité de construire un supermarché de
référence avec tous les pièces nécessaires.
Nous avons opté pour ce sujet, suite au constat selon
lequel beaucoup de ville de la république démocratique Congo
n'ont pas de supermarché, ainsi nous avons voulu faire exception de
cette accoutumance.
C'est pour cette raison que nous avons choisi ce sujet afin
qu'un jour, la ville de Kisangani précisément dans la commune de
Kabondo soit doté d'un supermarché a trois niveaux pour
améliorer les fonctionnements des achats.
2 ABSTRACT
HeHere we are at the end of this modest work which is
entitled: <<preliminary project for the construction of a supermarket on
three levels (R+2), on Malengela Avenue, in the Tshuapa district, KABONDO
commune in Kisangani>>.
this building has a ground floor and two levels, we should
also point out how the static and organic studies have been made for certain
structural elements. this allowed us to subdivide our work into four chapters
apart from the introduction and the conclusion: the first chapter is based on
the project environment, chapter two was devoted to the technical study,
chapter three on the implementation technology and finally chapter four talks
about project evaluation.
we do not claim to have done a perfect job, but it can bring
more to scientific life as well as to the library! Everyone knows that
Kisangani is the third largest city in the Democratic Republic of Congo, so
Kisangani is a commercial city where many inhabitants come to buy goods
regularly. this is why it is necessary to build a reference supermarket with
all the necessary parts.
it is for this reason that we have chosen this subject so that
one day, the city of Kisangani precisely in the commune of Kabondo is equipped
with a supermarket at three levels to improve the functioning of purchases.
