3.5 VARIABLES OF INTEREST

During our research we will focus on the following variables of interest

3.5.1 INDEPENDENT VARIABLES:

- risks variables:

* Assets quality

* Time series standard deviation of liquidity ratios

* Liquidity ratios

* Amount of non performing loans

3.5.2 DEPENDANT VARIABLES

- Profitability variables:

* Return on Equity (ROE)

* Return on investment (ROI)

* Return on assets (ROA)

* Profitability margin
