ABSTRACT
«Impact of overstaffing on the teaching of students»
is the theme of this study. In this work, it is shown that the overstaffing
have a negative impact on the teaching of students. For that, we started with a
problem that the relationship between the number of students in the classroom
and educational support has never been easy. This problem has emerged a
research question, namely: what is the impact of overstaffing on the teaching
of students? To identify this problem, we issued a general hypothesis: the
bloated influence educational support for students. In order to operationalize
this general hypothesis, we split into two research hypotheses:
HR1: the
ratio of teacher / student has an influence on the teaching of
students.
HR2: the high number of students affects their educational
support.
To treat our subject we chose the method of exploratory and
relational nature and the sample was constituted by the probalistes methods,
including proportional stratified sampling. To gather the data, we used a
questionnaire which was sent to 62 teachers in public schools spread of Tsinga,
Sources and Messa Valley. After presenting data collected in the field in
tabular form, we performed the analysis and interpretation of these data. The
results of these analyzes and interpretations we have confirmed our research
hypotheses, responding positively to the research question and thus to arrive
at a general confirmation of the hypothesis. Finally, suggestions were made
against teachers, parents, students and authorities responsible for basic
education.
INTRODUCTION GENERALE
Le phénomène de plus en plus récurrent du
non encadrement pédagogique continue de se poser avec autant
d'acuité qu'on en vient à se demander si les recherches n'ont
jamais eu lieu sur le phénomène. Les recherches pourtant il y en
a eu certainement et qu'il continuera d'y en avoir. Ces recherches sont
d'autant plus variées que les causes sous-jacentes à l'origine du
phénomène sont nombreuses.
Cette pléthore de causes témoigne à
l'évidence des difficultés éprouvées tant par les
acteurs que sont les enseignants qui sont chargés de la formation du
type d'homme défini par la politique éducative. C'est donc aux
regard de ce phénomène du non encadrement pédagogique, et
dans le souci d'apporter notre modeste contribution que nous avons choisi de
focaliser notre attention sur le problème à travers le
thème de recherche qui est le suivant : « Impact des
effectifs pléthoriques sur l'encadrement pédagogique des
élèves ». La spécificité de ce
thème trouve sa justification dans les difficultés
qu'éprouvent les enseignants à se mouvoir dans cette
nébuleuse que sont les l'effectifs pléthoriques et pouvoir
encadrer les élèves.
Cette recherche débouche sur un certain nombre
d'interpellation : les effectifs pléthoriques influencent-ils
l'encadrement pédagogique des élèves ? Existe-t-il un
lien de dépendance ou d'indépendance entre l'encadrement
pédagogique et le nombre élevé d'élèves dans
la classe ?
Au demeurant, telles sont les questions fondamentales qui
posent les bases de notre étude. Et pour mener à bien notre
recherche et apporter des solutions sur ce thème, nous avons entrepris
une recherche articulée autour de quatre axes principaux :
- Problématique de l'étude ;
- Insertion théorique du sujet ;
- Méthodologie de l'étude ;
- Présentation, analyse et interprétation des
données.
