1.3.1.3 Hypertrophie ventriculaire gauche (HVG)

L'HVG accentue la prépondérance physiologique du ventricule gauche, si bien que sa traduction électrocardiographique peut être une caricature de l'électrocardiogramme normal avec une rotation du coeur sur l'axe antéro-supérieur plaçant le coeur en position horizontale et sur l'axe longitudinal les deux dans le sens antihoraire avec tendance à placer le ventricule gauche en avant.
