Conclusion

Cette synthèse bibliographique sur le mildiou de la pomme de terre nous à permis de :

- connaitre l'origine et la migration du Phytophthora infestans ainsi que sa diversité des populations.

-d'en-déduire le cycle biologique du parasite et ces modes d'infection de la plante hôte. - mettre en évidence les techniques d'isolement et de multiplication de P. infestans.

-la description des symptômes du mildiou sur l'ensemble des organes de la pomme de terre. -connaitre l'épidémiologie de la maladie et les dommages qu'il peut causer.

-rapporter les différentes méthodes de lutte chimique, génétique et biologique cette dernière est la mieux adaptée a cause de sa décence de la nature environnante et la disponibilité de leurs agents antagonistes présents dans la rhizosphère.

Le développement explosif de P.infestans en fait un parasite extrêmement difficile à combattre lorsque l'épidémie est déclarée. La priorité de la stratégie de lutte est donc d'emprcher autant que possible l'implantation du parasite au champ cultivé.
