III.3 Difficultés
rencontrées
Au cours de notre recherche, nous nous sommes heurté
à plusieurs difficultés. A part l'insuffisance du budget, il est
à mentionner la lenteur dans la donation des données de quelques
agents tels que les techniciens de la BNR et du MINECOFIN.
En outre, les données qu'ils nous ont offertes
présentaient des lacunes ou la non similarité. Dans certains
documents surtout les rapports annuels et certaines publications, nous avons
constaté les illusions. D'où il fallait être prudent dans
le traitement des données collectées en y apportant un esprit
d'analyse et de critique afin d'atteindre les résultats meilleurs de nos
objectifs poursuivit au cours de ce travail.
SUMMARY OF CHAPTER THREE
To achieve our objectives and verify our hypothesis we used
various methods and techniques. In this framework, the following methods were
used: historic method, systemic method, structuro-functionalist method and
analytical method. As techniques, we used documentary technique, interview,
statistical technique and econometric technique with the Eviews software.
It is necessary to notice that the above methods and
techniques have been usefully in achieving the goal and anticipated result of
our research. These techniques and methods were selected by taking into account
of the topic nature, our disposal means and the effectiveness of the results
which we hope to obtain from their use.
