Le débiteur constituant du gage a certainement sur les
exploitants de ses oeuvres un droit de créance. Si on permet que le
créancier gagiste perçoive les recettes d'exploitation, alors, on
procède à une cession de créance. Cette cession peut se
faire à titre de propriété (1) ou à titre de
garantie (2).
