twakoresheje gukusanya, gusoma no gukora incamake y'ibyo twasomye, bijyanye
n'ubushakashatsi bwacu, dukoresha kandi uburyo bw'iperereza hakoreshejwe
ibibazo n'ijonjora ry'abantu babazwa, ndetse n'ibiganiro. Mu rwego rw'uburyo
bwa gihanga twakoresheje gushakisha amavu n'amavuko, isesengura ndetse n'uburyo
bw'igereranya.
Mu rwego rw'isesengura mu bushakashatsi twihaye intego nkuru
ebyiri :
-Kuba umunyamuryango wa Koperative bitanga inyungu nyinshi mu
rwego rw'ubukungu, amafaranga, imibanire n'abandi ndetse no kongera
umutungo.
-Koperative IABM igira uruhare runini mu kuzamura imibereho
y'abanyamuryango, ibikorwa byayo mu by'ubukungu birafatika kandi imibanire
n'abandi ijyanye no guhindura imyumvire n'imyifatire ni myiza bitewe
n'amahugurwa yahawe abanyamuryango.
Mu bushakashatsi twakoze, twasanze ko bitewe no kuba
umunyamuryango wa koperative, 94,8% by'ababajijwe bavuga ko imibereho yabo
yiyongereye, koperative yatumye bamenya gukorera hamwe, kungurana ibitekerezo,
gukora imishinga ibyara inyungu, kubona amahugurwa, ndetse no kongera umutungo
wa buri kwezi bityo n'uburyo bwo kubitsa bwariyongereye.
Kugira ngo ibikorwa bya koperative bitere imbere, hari ingamba
zigomba gufatwa, niyo mpamvu twatanze inama ku barebwa na koperative
batandukanye.
SUMMARY
Our research topic deals with «the promotion of the
cooperatives as a strategic tool to fight against poverty in Rwanda: Study case
of IABM cooperative in Nyamabuye Sector»
We thought about this work, in order to contribute to the
improvement of the life condition of Rwandans.
Aiming at finding out some solutions to the problem related to
management and different functions of the cooperative and its role in process
of fighting against poverty, our research tried to sort out the strengths, the
weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats of IABM cooperative which can
limit the perennity of its actions.
For the achievement of this work, we have used some techniques
and methods recommended in scientific investigations such as; documentation,
questionnaire, interview as well as functionalist, structural, historical and
systemic methods.
In order to carry out systematically our analysis, we
expressed the two following hypothesis:
-To be a member of a cooperative provides many advantages
economically, financially, socially and materially.
-IABM cooperative contributes to the improving of the life
conditions of its beneficiaries because of the role played in social and
economic actions and in the changing of the attitudes and behaviours due to the
access on trainings.
The research findings confirmed that, because of being members
of a cooperative, 94, 8% of respondents have improved their conditions of life.
The cooperative has allowed them to develop a spirit of working in groups, to
design some income generating projects to have trainings and to increase the
monthly income.
Therefore, we have suggested some recommendations that should
help in making cooperative's activities successful.
